Surya Aribowo has spent close to 30 years in the coal mining industry. He began his career at Perum Tambang Batubara as an accountant before joining PT Berau Coal where he served various functions including General Affairs, Transportation, Shipping and Supply Chain Management. Following his success, Noble Energy Inc. entrusted their dynamic and highly complex coal transportation operations to him. After four years Mr. Aribowo returned to PT Berau Coal to manage the entire marine operations and to set up and lead its own tug and barge company. Recently he was invited to join PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati as the GM of Operations. Surya Aribowo graduated from Jayabaya University, Jakarta, majoring economics, specializing in management.
