Indonesian citizen, appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company as referred to the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 19, 2025. He currently also serves as a Director at AVRA, a company that focusing in the energy and coal sector. He has over 15 years of experiences in the finance industry, market research, and commodity trading. His professional career began in 2009 at Roy Morgan Research in Melbourne, as an Account Manager in the banking division until 2013. He then joined Glencore, served as a Coal Trader from 2013 to 2018. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, earned in 2006, and a Master’s degree in Applied Econometrics, obtained in 2008, both from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
